Indecisiveness creates the “hamster on a wheel” effect. You just keep going around in circles, going nowhere fast.
By delaying a decision, you are operating in limbo. The end goal and future road map are awaiting direction for your decision.
Procrastination over decisions is futile when it comes to property. Decisions come before actions, and the right actions lead to the right outcomes.
Right now, interest rates are very low, i.e. around 7%. Also, banks seem to be more lenient on credit requirements because property is still good security.
They say that if a decision elicits fear and excitement, it’s a good decision. Or the converse – if a decision is comfortable, you’ve probably taken the path of least resistance.
While some people need that assurance, remember “magic happens when you step out of your comfort zone”.
